We currently ship orders within the United States.
If we expand to additional regions, this page will be updated.
2. Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after our cutoff time or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, our standard shipping within the USA typically takes around 2–6 business days from the time the order is shipped.
Most orders are shipped via USPS or another comparable carrier at our discretion.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Once your package is handed to the carrier, delivery is largely outside of our control.

If we offer free shipping above a certain order amount, this will be clearly displayed on the Site and/or at checkout.
5. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Please allow some time after receiving the tracking number for the carrier’s system to update.

It is your responsibility to make sure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout, including:

7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick up:

You may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.

If you choose not to have the order reshipped, we may issue a partial refund (excluding original shipping costs and any return shipping charges), in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
Packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier are considered delivered for our purposes.
8. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments
Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided:

If your package is significantly delayed or appears stuck in transit, please first contact the carrier using your tracking number.

If your order arrives damaged:

Take clear photos of the package and damaged items.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hqdtechmiami@gmail.com with photos and your order number.

We will review your claim and work with you to find an appropriate solution in line with our Refund & Return Policy (replacement, store credit, etc., where applicable).
We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by the carrier

Packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered
However, we will always do our best to assist you.

Because we sell vape and smoke products:

We may require age verification at checkout or delivery, depending on the laws in your area and the carrier’s policies.
